Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage, duration, terms, and conditions vary by manufacturer and product category and are governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty policies.
Warranty Claims
Where a warranty claim arises, ProcureNPay will assist customers by coordinating with the manufacturer, authorised distributor, or authorised service centre, as applicable. Warranty claims may require product inspection, testing, repair, replacement, or technical assessment before approval.
Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's inspection and warranty terms. The final decision regarding warranty eligibility rests with the manufacturer or authorised service centre.
What Warranty Does Not Cover
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorised repairs or modifications, negligence, normal wear and tear, or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
