Shipping, Delivery & Delivery Inspection Policy
At ProcureNPay, we are committed to providing a reliable and efficient delivery service across the UAE. Our delivery timelines are designed to support business continuity while ensuring products are handled and transported with due care.
1. Shipping & Delivery
ProcureNPay currently delivers to customers across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:
- Dubai & Sharjah: within 24 hours of order confirmation (7 days a week).
- Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah & Umm Al Quwain: within 48 hours of order confirmation (7 days a week).
- Abu Dhabi & Al Ain: within 48 hours of order confirmation (7 days a week).
The above delivery timelines apply to standard in-stock products. Products procured against customer quotations, special orders, non-stock items, customised products, or bulk quantity orders may require additional lead time. Where applicable, customers will be advised of the expected delivery schedule at the time of order confirmation.
Please note: delivery to remote, isolated, mountainous, offshore, or difficult-to-access locations may require additional delivery time. This includes, but is not limited to, areas such as Khor Fakkan, Kalba, Dibba Al Fujairah, Dibba Al Hisn, Hatta, Jebel Jais, and other remote locations across the UAE.
2. Delivery Charges
Free delivery is available for orders meeting the following minimum order values:
- Dubai: free delivery on orders of AED 300 or above. Orders below AED 300 incur a delivery fee of AED 25.
- Sharjah: free delivery on orders of AED 300 or above. Orders below AED 300 incur a delivery fee of AED 40.
- Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah & Umm Al Quwain: free delivery on orders of AED 800 or above. Orders below AED 800 incur a delivery fee of AED 100.
- Abu Dhabi & Al Ain: free delivery on orders of AED 800 or above. Orders below AED 800 incur a delivery fee of AED 100.
For large-volume orders, corporate contracts, and project-based requirements, customised delivery schedules may be arranged based on customer requirements.
Please note: where delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or an incorrect delivery address, additional delivery charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
3. Delivery Inspection
Customers are responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon delivery:
- Verify that the quantity received matches the delivery documentation.
- Check for any visible transit damage to the products or packaging.
- Confirm that the correct products have been supplied.
Any shortages, incorrect items, or visible transit damage should be reported to ProcureNPay immediately upon delivery and no later than 24 hours from the time of delivery.
Signing the delivery note or accepting the shipment without recording any discrepancies will be deemed confirmation that the products were received in satisfactory external condition.
